VANESSA JONES

Vanessa, a Physician Assistant for 35 years, attended Medgar Evers College, graduating with a BS in Biology. She also graduated from the Harlem Hospital PA Program, which upon

graduation, Ms. Jones began a career on Rikers Island for 35 years assisting those who society sometimes cast away. There, she held administrative positions as well as mentoring and teaching PA students as well as providing medical care to Correctional staff. Vanessa also graduated from the Spanish Eastern Bible Institute while employed at Rikers Island, and after teaching at the school, has become a known and well-respected missionary. Vanessa has travelled extensively in the name of Jesus Christ including to Muslim-controlled countries. Her dedication not only to her faith, but to those who find themselves lost in circumstances has been one of her remarkable gifts to her fellow man.
